If you follow me on instagram, you will have already seen that the lovely Kaja from The Recipe Suitcase and I are launching a supperclub here in Brussels called “Two Kitchens” with, you guessed it, food from our two kitchens.
Kaja and I met (and bonded) over a shared love of eating, grocery shopping at Brussels’ many markets and feeding people. And what started as a tiny idea discussed over coffee during our lunch breaks this summer has now morphed into an actual event and the two of us could not be more excited to be feeding our guests soon (and hopefully many many more of you in the future!).
The concept for our first event is simple: Kaja and I will prepare a 4-course dinner inspired by the colours and tastes of autumn for our guests. But the evening will be about so much more than just dinner. It will also be about getting to know different ingredients, sharing our passion for preparing delicious food and getting to know each other, all in a convivial setting over some food and good wine in my cosy apartment in Chatelain.
Kaja and I have been overwhelmed by the response to our first event, which sold out in just a couple of hours. So the autumn edition of Two Kitchens will hopefully just be the first of many more events in the future.
